Important Reminder: No Smoking on Surgery Premises đźš
We would like to remind all patients, visitors and staff that smoking is not permitted in or around the surgery premises.
Although this has always been our policy, the current hot and dry weather means that the grass and surrounding areas are particularly dry. This creates an increased risk of fire, particularly if cigarette ends are discarded or cigarettes are put out close to the grassy areas.
For the safety of everyone who visits or works at the practice, as well as the surrounding area, we kindly ask that you:
Do not smoke anywhere on the surgery premises.
Do not dispose of cigarette ends on or near the grass.
Please ensure cigarettes are fully extinguished and disposed of safely away from the surgery grounds.
We appreciate that this may be an inconvenience for some patients and visitors, but these measures are important to help protect our patients, staff, visitors and the local environment.
